Clientship Academy of Experience

Customer experience education for the people accountable for it every day

Clientship Academy of Experience develops and credentials the professionals and teams responsible for designing, measuring, and improving customer experience at organizations around the world.

Learning built around the decisions each role has to make—not a generic syllabus.

Why CAX

CX education grounded in real operating experience

Most customer experience programs are designed by people who study CX. Ours are led by practitioners who run it. Clientship designs, measures, and improves voice-of-customer programs for major organizations. We teach the methods we use in the field.

Professionals collaborating in a learning session
01

Practice, not textbook examples

Classroom examples come from active programs: the data, the missteps, and the changes that made a difference.

02

Evidence you can examine

The method is grounded in peer-reviewed research—not opinion.

03

A credential you can verify

Each certification includes a digital credential that can be independently verified and shared on LinkedIn or during the hiring process.

The CAX Model

One framework. Five levels. One path.

The customer experience skills needed on the front line are not the same as those required in the boardroom. The CAX Model aligns learning with the scope of each role’s decisions.

The credential

What a CAX credential demonstrates

A CAX credential is not proof of attendance. It shows that the holder can apply the method to a real-world case at the appropriate level.
